+ Added CursorX and CursorY settings to position cursor on ANSI menu
  screen.

* Fixed bug where top line would scroll off screen if user had avatar
  enabled.

+ Added security level features MenuOptionx_Level and Actionx_Level
  for menu choices and login actions.

+ Added Sysop_Level setting. If this option is set, Qlogin will look for
  file called QSYSOP.A?? in the Proboard textfile dir eg
  \PROBOARD\TXTFILES\QLOGIN.ANS/ASC. This means you can have a separate
  sysop menu and set some menuOption's to the sysop's security level.
  See the QLOGIN.INI for details.

+ Changed the maximum number of menuOptions from 10 to 20 to accomodate
  extra 'sysop only' options.

+ Added log entries. Qlogin will now make a log entry stating whether
  the user chose a Normal or Quick Login. If SysopLevel is set, it will
  also add an entry each time the sysop logs in.
